Finish and upholstery Our chairs are hand polished and our walnut timber finish has a soft antique patina effect so that the areas that are recessed have more stain and the surface areas are lighter, this gives a sense of depth that no factory finish can achieve. Also available in painted finish. Fabric is customisable, any fabric from our huge fabric range. Material This refined dining chair is carved by highly trained craftsman in Italy and then finished and upholstered to your specifications in our Sydney furniture workshop. Made from European beech, which is the traditional timber throughout Europe for chairs, it is extremely strong and yet fine grained to allow for the finest carved detail.
